Refund policy
Returns
All orders placed through online platforms are final sale. However, any incorrect orders or damaged items, unopened from original packaging, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery time by contacting us at carolinabeautysc@gmail.com for resolution. Any incorrect orders or damaged items reported must include pictures of the issue so that we can further evaluate and resolve. Any opened or damaged products are non-refundable.
If your order confirmed by Carolina Beauty is to be incorrect or damaged, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Carolina Beauty will notify you upon receival of your return. You’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days upon receival. In addition, please note that it can take some time for your card processor to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at carolinabeautysc@gmail.com.
